Friends of Reachout

Our first meeting of the “Friends,” a Holiday Coffee, on December 12, 2009 was a great success.  35 to 40 prospective members arrived in Holiday Spirit to learn more about Reachout and what it means to be a “Friend.”  What a wonderful and heart warming experience it was to see so many eager, interested people asking great questions about Reachout, it’s clients, policies and more importantly, how they can help the organization.

We are looking forward to helping make this years Spring Luncheon the Best Ever!

The “Friends” program is open to all, our purpose is to:

• Educating the public
• Supporting Reachout Events
• Serving as a community advocate
• Involving their own church in Reachout-supported projects

The “Friends” will meet three times a year.  Our next meeting will be March 27, 2010 at 9:00 AM at Reachout’s office at 2648 N. Campbell Avenue.
